When is a holiday not a holiday?
When you have two building sites next to your house and every tradesman and his noisiest machine are there to make sure that work seems a better place to be. Oh, and its been 12 months since they started.
To add to the noise, the constant north easterly winds have created a constant stream of aircraft as well.
Perhaps there will be another severe storm to chase them all away. Hail has never sounded so good!!
Note: a whopper of a storm came through early afternoon ... thunder and lightning and no tradies.

You should be thankful, having those Sky Gods bathe you in their General Electric jet noise ;)
The rain should be keeping those pesky tradies in their utes chugging down Ice Break milk coffees the last week or so.
